Opened in May 2013, S3 quickly became a staple on Fort Lauderdale Beach, blending steak, seafood, and sushi with a coastal-chic atmosphere and breathtaking ocean views. Our Distinctive Culinary Philosophy
At S3, we believe that dining should be as much about the experience as it is about the flavor. Our menu is a thoughtful fusion of New American and Asian influences, featuring fresh seafood, premium steaks, and one of Fort Lauderdale’s most distinctive sushi programs. With fish flown in overnight from Tokyo’s renowned Toyosu Fish Market, we ensure authenticity and uncompromising quality.
Our Executive Chef, Carlos Rodriguez, and Sushi Chef Ped Phommavong lead the kitchen with a commitment to innovation, seasonality, and excellence. Every dish is designed to be shareable, encouraging connection around the table while highlighting bold, balanced flavors.
