Do you take reservations?
Yes, reservations are highly recommended. You can make a reservation on our website.

Can I call ahead?
Unfortunately, we do not. Guests can check in at host stand to leave name and guest count. You are welcome to wait at our bar or outside firepit area. You can make a reservation by calling.

Do you take walk ins?
Absolutely. You are more than welcomed to walk-in but making a reservation will guarantee you a table at requested time.

Is there a dress code?
Seaside casual-chic, to embody our relaxed yet stylish atmosphere.
For all our esteemed guests-  beachwear, bikinis, see-through cover-ups, and athletic apparel are asked to be left for your beach day. (we love fun in the sun too..)

Let your attire reflect the beauty of the beach while embracing the spirit of Sun, Surf, & Sand!
S3 reserves the right to deny entry.

Where do I park?
Valet parking is at the Hilton. Complimentary during lunch with validation. $8 with validation for up to 2 hours and $10 for up to 3 hours. After 3+ hours Hilton fees apply, and no validation can be used.

Do you have happy hour?
Happy hour is Monday-Friday from 4pm to 7pm at the bar & fire pit area only. Seats are first come. Small plate appetizers and reduced priced drinks are offered. Menu available on our website.

When is live entertainment?
We have live music Friday and Saturday, 4pm – 7pm and Sunday, 2pm-5pm.

Do you offer brunch?
Brunch is Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 4pm with a premium bottomless champagne bar.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We don’t have specific a gluten free or vegetarian menu but we do try to accommodate requests the best we can with any menu item with chef approval.

How late is the kitchen open?
Sunday – Tuesday 10pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11pm, Friday and Saturday 12am.

How late is the bar open?
The bar is open 45 minutes after the kitchen closes according to business.

What if I’m running late for a reservation?
We hold the table for 15 minutes. Seating time may change upon late arrival. Please call and let us know when you are running late.

Do you accommodate large parties?
We can accommodate parties of 15 or less. Any parties over 15 guests are encouraged to contact our events department at 954-525-9001 for more information.

Do you have automatic gratuity?
Yes, for parties of 5 or more 18% gratuity will be applied.

Can I bring a cake?
Yes absolutely. We have a $3 dessert fee per guest.

Do you have a corkage fee?
$25 corkage fee per bottle. Wine cannot not be on our menu.
